In a stunning upset, 27-year-old Jersey City native Khalil Coe (9-0-1, 7 KOs) suffered his first professional loss on February 5, 2022, in Las Vegas.
Coe, who was participating in his first ten-round fight, was outboxed and ultimately stopped in the ninth round by Phoenix, Arizona's Brian O'Sullivan.
The loss marks a setback for Coe, who had been a highly touted prospect in the welterweight division. He now holds a record of 9-1-1, with 7 KOs.
